Have you ever felt like your body was screaming for some type of relief? Well mine is today so I called up the fabulous Leslie DeShane actually I sent her a text but anyhow.... I mentioned that I was feeling light headed and generally not feeling well. Of course she rattles off a list of things to do. And I think to myself I know this why am I not doing it?! Isn't it just like a mom to need reminding that taking care of yourself has to be a priority? A priority that left undone causes your body to stop at the most inopportune times. So give yourself a pampering spa like experience at home! Soothing bath time:
I love to use a few drops of lavender and Peace & Calming. After all of the above are placed in water make a figure eight in the water with your hand to stir the ingredients together. Sigh~ let the relaxation begin. Blessings, Health & Abundance
